Mr. Mai, 38, was assigned as the co. president of this Group in September, 2016. His main responsibilities include management of Group strategy, capital, risk, human resources, administration, finance, taxation, informatization, internet, media and investors relations in this Group. He is also the Chairman of Kaisa Culture Sports and Tourism Group, Camilla Cuisine Group and Shenzhen Football Club. He joined us in the Aug.2015 and served as general manager of the Group administration office, general manager of the risk management department and the president assistant. Before that, he worked for Shenzhen city highway bureau and Futian District government. He graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University and got a bachelor in law in 2001.

Mr. Huang, 53, was assigned as chief financial officer of this Group in May 2016, and responsible for finance, taxation and capital management. He joined us in June 2015 as chief financial officer. Before joining us, he worked as an auditing manager in an international accounting firm and as chief financial officer and financial director in some other listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Huang got MBA from Henley Business School in Britain and a Master in Social Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a senior member of both ACCA and Hong Kong society of accountants

Mr. Xing, 52, was assigned as executive vice-president of this Group, as well as chairman of and president of technology industry Group, who is mainly in charge of management. He joined us in the Apr.2010 and was served as Group president assistant, vice president and executive vice president. Before joining us, he worked for Wuhan Steel Design Institute Shenzhen branch, Western Real Estate Company of Shenzhen Huabao Group and Hongrongyuan Co., Ltd. dealing with design management. He graduated from Jianghan University in architecture in 1986 and furthered his study in Sun Yat-Sen University with a Bachelor degree in Management.

Mr.Wan, 52 was assigned as executive vice-president of this Group, as well as chairman of Beijing Kaisa Financial Group, who is mainly in charge of management. He joined us in Apr. 2009 and sequentially served as chairman of the board in Liaonning branch, Group vice president and Group executive vice president. Before he sequentially worked in China Merchants Bank, the People's Bank of China and Pang An Bank and mainly dealt with management. He graduated from Shenzhen University in 1987 and got a Bachelor degree in Economics.

Ms.Huang, 47, was assigned as senior vice-president of this Group in Feb.2016. She joined us in Nov.2004 and served sequentially as general manager of Shanghai Real Estate Company, chairman of the board, president assistant of the Commercial Group, vice president and president. Before joining us, she sequentially worked for Suning Group, China Overseas Company Shenzhen branch, Vanke Group and Shenzhen Langju Real Estate Company dealing with HR management. She graduated in Beijing Wuzi University in 1991 and got a Bachelor degree in Economics.

Mr.Luo, 36, was assigned as vice-president of this Group in Oct.2016, as well as chairman and president of Health Technology Group, who is mainly in charge of management. He joined us in Aug.2007 and served sequentially as marketing director of Shenzhen Real Estate Company, general manager of Group Marketing and Promotion department, Group director, chairman of the board and general manager of Guangzhou Real Estate Company and the chairman of Tourism and Hotel Group. Before joining us, he sequentially worked for Shilian Real Estate Ltd, Shenzhen Yinglian international real estate company, who is mainly in charge of marketing and promotion. He graduated from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in 2003 and got a Bachelor degree in Accounting.

Mr.Song, 32, was assigned as Group vice-president of holdings in Oct.2016, as well as president of City Renewal Group mainly dealing with management. He joined us in June 2010 and served sequentially as general manager assistant of president office in the board of directors, deputy general manager of Strategy Development department, general manager of president office in the board of directors, executive vice president and president of City Renewal Group. Before joining us, he sequentially worked for Hubei Times newspaper Group and Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited dealing with news and planning. He graduated from Hubei University in 2007 and got a  Bachelor degree in Journalism and Communication.

Mr.Jie, 55, was assigned as vice-president of this Group in Nov.2016, as well as chairman and president of Guangzhou City Renewal Group, , who is mainly in charge of management. He joined us in Feb.2008 and served sequentially as chairman of the board and general manager of Kaisa Real Estate Zhuhai branch, chairman of the board and general manager of Guanzhou Zhiye Group, chairman of the board of Zhiye Group and chairman of Guangzhou City Renewal Group. Before joining us, he sequentially worked for Shenzhen Mingju Real Estate Co., Ltd. as deputy general manager, Xinhe Group as vice president and Shenzhen Anneng Real Estate Company as deputy general manager. He graduated from Shenzhen University in 1987.

Mr. Huang, 42, was appointed as the vice president of the Group in Jan.2017, meanwhile, acted as the president of the commercial Group, president of Creative Space, and in charge of management. Mr. Huang joined our company in Jan.2017, and served as the vice president of the Group. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Huang has been engaged in management in Chesterton and Savills. Mr. Huang graduated from Qsinghua University and Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010, and obtained degree of master of finance and MBA of finance. Mr. Huang is chartered real estate appraiser of China and member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. 

Mr. Zhao, 41, was appointed as the vide president of the Group in May 2017, and served as the general manager of financial management department of the Group, mainly in charge of finance, tax and capital management of the Group. Mr. Zhao joined our company in Dec.2010, and has served as assistant general manager of Dalian company, general manager of capital management department of the Group, director of financing management department of the finance Group, and vice president of finance Group etc. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Zhao has been engaged in finance, capital and tax management in Dalian Zhongsheng Group Co., Ltd., Dalian Yida Group and Xianggang Shui On Group. Mr. Zhao graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and obtained the degree of MBA, and possesses the qualification of chartered accountant of China.

Mr. Weng, 36, was appointed as the vice president of the Group in May 2017, meanwhile, served as the chairman of Golden Bay International Park Company, president of Shenzhen Kaisa Real Estate Group, mainly in charge of operation of the park and management of real estate. Mr. Weng joined our company in Jun.2003, and has served as the assistant manager of project management department of the Group, general manager of Nanjing branch of real estate Group, executive vice president and president of real estate Group etc. Mr. Weng graduated from Southeast China University in 2003 and obtained the degree of bachelor of engineering.

Ms.Wang, 41, was assigned as vice-president of this Group in May 2017, as well as chairman of the board in Innovation and Research Institute, who is mainly in charge of management. She joined us in Mar.2008 and served sequentially as deputy general manager of department of Design Management, director of Kaisa research institute of real estate Group, vice president of Innovation and Research Institute. Before joining us, she sequentially worked for Design Institute of Dalian Northeast College of Nationalities Shenzhen Huaxin Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tongji Architectural Design Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for architecture design. She graduated from Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology in 2000 and got a Bachelor degree in Engineering.

Mr. Tang, aged 36, was appointed Vice President of the Group and Vice President of Kaisa Financial Group in June 2011. He is also GM of the Admin & HR Department of the Group, mainly responsible for administrative and human resources management. Since Mr. Tang joined the company in April 2008, he has served as Deputy GM of Liaoning Branch, Vice President of Kaisa Property Group Shenzhen Branch and other positions. Before joining our company, Mr. Tang had been engaged in human resources management in Shenzhen Vanke Property Management Company and Shenzhen Horoy Properties. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a master's degree in business administration in 2013.

Mr.Liu, 35, was assigned as president assistant of this Group, as well as general manager of informatization management, mainly responsible for informatization, media and investors relations. He joined us in Oct.2009 and served sequentially as general manager of informatization management department, general manager assistant and deputy general manager. Before joining us, he sequentially worked for Gangzheng Digital and Shenzhen Mingyuan Software Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for IT management. He graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology  in 2005 and got a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
